30-Day Returns – How it Works

At Gallery Garments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We ensure that your refund is processed within 5–14 business days once we have received and inspected your return.

Simple Returns in Three Steps:

Step 1: Complete the Return Form Download our official return form [here] and fill it out carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Step 2: Send Your Return Ship the items along with the completed form to the address specified on the document. Note: Please ensure your package includes a tracking number (Track & Trace). As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us. This helps prevent any misunderstandings and ensures your refund can be processed.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.
