Terms of Service


Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right to return the order.

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in the context of a business or profession who enters into a distance agreement with Gallery Garments.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Extended Agreement: A distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services, where delivery and/or purchase is spread over a longer period.

  • Durable Medium: Any means that enables the consumer or Gallery Garments to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows for future consultation and unaltered reproduction.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s option to cancel the distance agreement within the cooling-off period without providing a reason.

  • Merchant: Gallery Garments, the legal entity offering products and/or services to consumers remotely.

Article 3 – Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Gallery Garments and to every distance agreement concluded between the merchant and the consumer. Before the agreement is finalized, the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer electronically.

Article 4 – The Offer If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated. While we aim to provide perfectly accurate descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your monitor precisely match the physical product colors. All specifications and images are indicative and do not constitute grounds for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Article 5 – The Agreement The agreement is finalized when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions. Gallery Garments will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically. Until this confirmation is sent, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product should only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it.

Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the return shipping costs. Gallery Garments will refund the purchase amount within 14 business days after the return has been received in good condition or proof of return shipping is provided.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that are custom-made, perishable, or items where a seal has been broken (e.g., for hygiene or health protection reasons).

Article 9 – Pricing Prices listed include relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices will not be increased during the offer's validity period, except for changes in tax rates or significant market fluctuations.

Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty Gallery Garments guarantees that products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of quality and usability. Any defects must be reported to the merchant via email within 30 days of delivery.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution We process and deliver products with the utmost care. Delivery will take place at the address provided by the consumer. Unless a longer period is agreed upon, delivery will occur within 30 days. If a delivery is significantly delayed, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement at no cost.
